Q: Is it safe to insert my credit card number into your system?.

A: First of all if you insert your credit card date and not even them also your name and other personal data are not provided to any other third party except the accommodation where you actualy going to stay. Concerning flowing your data through internet zone, we use security certificate which avoids any hacking your data because data are pendling encrypted form.

Q: To whom do I pay for my stay?.


A:
Since, we use your credit card only to guarantee your reservation, or in case due to cancellation policy, WE DO NOT CHARGE your with any fee. The payment is to be made in the property usually when check in. And It depends from property to property wheather they accept credit cards or not.

Q: How do I get to the property?.

A:
There are several ways how to get to the property, but the easiest and the cheapest how to get there is to order taxi right when making reservation. Just click to mark the transportation, and if you know provide data right a way when making the reservation or our contact us any time at our email addresses or cell phones. You can find it in section CONTACTS.

Q: How do I cancel my reservation?.

A:
It is simple, just login and click on button which says CANCEL, then load the page (reservation history), button CANCEL(ed) should be red and Hotel Confirmed and Transport confirmed should not be green anymore. Then you receive autoemail which confirms your cancelation.

But everytime you would like to make cancellation be aware of cancelation policy of particular property!
Cancellation policy is always shown in email which confirms the reservation.
